The resort just completed a $40 million renovation and enhancement project. The highly-anticipated Club Level Suites and Rooms are expected to open in fall 2007. The Club Level will offer the ultimate in luxury with 55 suite rooms, fifteen one-bedroom Executive Suites, three one-bedroom, 1,850-square foot Presidential Suites, and the opulent top-floor Ritz-Carlton Suite.

MCG provided complete conceptual cost plan for exclusive 4 story, 60 unit island resort covering 10 acres. Property estimate includes Spa, Pool Bar, Guardhouse, Parking Garage, Central Plant and Sitework.
