The Paramount Park proposed for China will contain the thrill component of incredible rides and attractions, enhanced by the world renowned brands that bring the magic of movies and entertainment to the park. Mission Impossible, Tomb Raider, Star Treck and Titanic are just a few of the high profile mega-brands that will form the core of the experience. The rides and attractions will be built around these famous brands, creating an exciting and engaging entertainment experience that puts guests at the center of the action.

Scope of Services

MCG was asked to assist Paramount in the development of the park program and to prepare a preliminary detailed conceptual cost plan. The cost plan was used to compare to Paramount’s target budget. The approved cost plan will be used as the “design to budget” guide line for the design team as the project moves forward.

We also provided the Paramount team with Conceptual Cost Plans for their new park, Paramount Korea.
