August 2012 McGillivray Consulting Group has been engaged by Turning Stone Resort & Casino to act as Owner’s Representative on the latest expansion at the Resort. The expansion incorporates the addition of three new themed nightclubs. There will be Country and Western, Rock and Roll, and Sinatra style nightclubs. In addition there will be some renovation work to the existing facility. The project is targeted to open in July 2013. March 2012 McGillivray Consulting Group was teamed up with BRC Imagination Arts out of Burbank, CA. to act as joint Owner’s Representative for the Dubai Adventure Studios Theme Park in Dubai, U.A.E. The park will include IP from DreamWorks, Fox, and Sony. Anticipated opening is early 2015. Ongoing throughout 2012 & 2013 McGillivray Consulting Group continues to work with PJA Architects out of Seattle, WA. on projects such as Miami Zoo, Greenville Zoo, and Jacksonville Zoo.
